A leader who cannot be understood cannot be followed, and a leader who cannot be pinned down cannot be held accountable — which is usually the reason for the fog. This module treats clarity as an obligation the speaker owes the listener rather than a stylistic preference: finding the one idea beneath the material, using story without lying with it, standing in a hostile room, writing that forces a decision, listening as an information system rather than a technique, delivering hard truth so the person is honored, and casting a vision with its cost stated honestly.
