Trust makes influence possible; character decides whether it is safe. This module draws the line between influence and manipulation and then teaches the craft on the right side of it — how persuasion actually works, why facts alone rarely change a mind, how credibility is built and spent, listening as the strongest lever a leader has, the ethics of framing, and how to move people when you hold no authority at all. It ends with the paradox at the center of the academy: the most influential life in history used almost none of the standard levers.
