Clear reasoning is a moral discipline

You cannot lead people through complexity you have not thought through yourself. This module builds the cognitive work leadership actually requires — judgment under uncertainty on behalf of others, reasoning from first principles rather than habit, recognizing the biases that speak in your own voice, a repeatable decision structure, seeing systems instead of events, and the hardest discipline of all: holding your conclusions accountable to evidence when the evidence threatens your position, your tribe, or your pride.
